Football's international governing body, the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) was formed in 1904 with the objective of organising football championship matches between professional teams of different nations. To commemorate the 100 years of this universal sport, this issue features the game's icons -
football field, the soccer ball, the jersey, a world map. The stamps are printed on cloth-like flockage paper.
