Mr Eng Siak Loy is a well-known designer and artist in Singapore, who has designed many Singapore stamps, coin sets and including the Portrait Series currency notes launched by the Board of Commissioners of Currency (Singapore) in 1999 - a first to be designed by local artist. Mr Eng has also won the President's Award Design (Designer of the Year) in 2007.
